LIFEGUARDS

The Opportunity
The Bob Freesen YMCA is seeking Red Cross Certified Lifeguards to provide a safe pool environment for our members.


About the Position
The YMCA is seeking lifeguards with Red Cross (or equivalent if approved by the Aquatics Director) certification. The position currently pays $14 per hour (the current minimum wage).

 

May require a swim test when applying if Aquatics Director needs confirmation on abilities. Hours are available in the mornings, afternoons and evenings. Great for college students, high schoolers who are 16 years old and over, or would be great for a stay-at-home parent of young children as there are babysitting hours that could correspond with some of the work times!

FITNESS INSTRUCTORS

The Opportunity
The Bob Freesen YMCA is seeking Fitness Instructors to teach various fitness classes for our members. Mornings, afternoons and evenings


About the Position
The YMCA is seeking part-time Fitness Instructors to lead and instruct classes in a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that promotes member wellness and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures. The position currently pays $14 per hour (the current minimum wage).

 

This is a great opportunity for a parent of young children as there are babysitting hours that could correspond with some of the work times!
