Water Class Description
A low to moderate intensity class in the shallow water of the pool using resistance as you use a variation of walking patterns.
Moderate to high intensity. After warming up, you will be challenged by an aerobic segment that burns calories and strengthens the cardiovascular system. Use resistance of the water, dumbbells, noodles & more. Floatation devices are available or you can stay in the shallow end.
Senior Water Exercise
A low to moderate workout in the pool that can be modified to fit your needs.
Designed for those who suffer from arthritis or other medical limitations. Non-clinical program follows the Arthritis Foundation YMCA Aquatic Program.
A great place to start! Low intensity workout designed for those just beginning an exercise program and for active older adults that need the added buoyancy provided by water.
