Spinning Class Description
This group fitness class is the workout everyone is looking for! It’s a high intensity/low impact cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike, all in a musical 45-minutes. An instructor leads the class through a variety of drills that simulates different terrain one encounters on an outdoor ride.

To find spinning room: go down stairs, turn left off stairs, go down the all past the gym, turn left at the end of the hall, go all the way down the hall and through the door and your spinning room is right there.
